Join us in The Garden Room for an Easter celebration on 7 April with Pastry Chef Mark Tilling.

Last year Mark guided his team to victory on BBC Two’s Bake Off Crème de la Crème (the professional version of the much-loved Great British Bake Off), and he was also crowned UK Chocolate Master in 2007 and 2009.

Working with our Pastry Chef Martyn Edmonds, they will be serving afternoon tea from 3-5pm with one of Mark’s signature cakes joining our existing afternoon tea menu:

Ahead of the release of Mark’s new book – Working with Chocolate – on 10 April, he’ll also be signing copies for guests on the day.
