Our brand new recipe for the Garden Room by Mark Tilling
We’re continuing our partnership with GBBO Crème de la Crème champion Mark Tilling this Christmas, with a very special hot chocolate served in the Garden Room at The Principal York.
Made with 70% Madagascan chocolate and topped with vanilla whipped cream, this indulgent winter warmer is served with Pastry Chef Martyn Edmonds‘ homemade gingerbread.
Don’t forget, our Christmas afternoon tea is also available throughout December.
